My name is Jordan Gondzioulis, and I’m a personal trainer and strength coach based in Canberra, ACT. I’ve been coaching face-to-face for over 7 years, helping hundreds of clients build strength, lose body fat, gain muscle, and feel more confident with their training.
Through Focus on Fitness, I offer both face-to-face personal training in Canberra and online coaching for clients that are abroad. This enables you to have structure, accountability, proper programming, and support with nutrition. Whether your goal is to get stronger, improve your body composition, build muscle, learn better technique, or prepare for powerlifting, my coaching is designed to help you make real, measurable progress.
My approach is built around evidence-based training, progressive programming and realistic nutrition strategies. I don’t use generic programs. Every client’s plan is tailored specifically to their goals, experience level, lifestyle, training history and adapted to passed injuries.
I work with a wide range of clients, from beginners who want to feel more confident in the gym, to experienced lifters wanting to compete in Powerlifting at the highest levels.
